About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our client-facing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients by identifying and recruiting new experts to join our network, ensuring seamless client experiences through scheduling and coordination.
  2. Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and recruit new experts, building strong relationships with potential recruits and Network Members.
  3. Project Management: Collaborate with client-facing teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  4. Compliance and Quality: Uphold our industry-leading compliance framework, ensuring all client engagements are structured, auditable, and transparent.
  5. Professional Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs, receive daily coaching and feedback, and develop strong business and leadership skills to excel in your role.
