About the Role:

Flexjet LLC is seeking a seasoned aviation professional to fill the position of Sales Director for the European region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and leading our regional sales strategy, ensuring that company targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an effective regional sales strategy, working closely with the assigned team and resources to build a strong pipeline of possible prospects.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with our prospects base through high-profile events and face-to-face meetings, acting as Flexjet's main brand ambassador in the specific region.
  • Sustain high standards of customer focus and attention to detail in all internal and external communications, driving excellence across the team.
  • Remain responsible and accountable for good customer communication and customer loyalty throughout the customer life cycle.
  • Leverage all opportunities from PR, brand partnerships, and events to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure budgeting and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive experience in a senior sales role in aviation is essential.
  • Worldly background and ability to travel, working across multicultural teams.
  • Strong numerical abilities, solid work integrity, and a genuine sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure, staying calm and articulate.

Location: This role can be home-based in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, or Switzerland.
