About the Role

Gofluent, a global leader in language training through digital environments, is seeking an experienced professional in negotiation and public procurement processes to introduce their solution to public institutions and companies in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business for public institutions and companies in Spain.
  • Maintain an active dialogue with key prospects and clients.
  • Implement sales strategy for the public sector, using tools developed in the Public Administration ecosystem of Gofluent.
  • Analyze and develop local strategy for the public sector in Spain.
  • Generate leads and opportunities within the sector, as well as respond to RFPs from public entities.
  • Support Gofluent's global strategy, with the public sector being one of its main pillars.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key agents from government entities and public companies of relevance.
  • Follow up on client needs.
  • Empower public institutions, leading the segment of language training through diverse, contrasted, and globally accepted training tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience in business development for public institutions and companies in Spain.
  • University degree.
  • High level of English (part of the selection process will be conducted in English).
  • High knowledge of local regulations and tools related to public procurement procedures and tenders.
  • Sales, prospecting, and project management skills.
  • Communication and cold calling skills.
  • Analysis and critical thinking, strategic thinking.
  • Ledership.
  • Ethical integrity and open-mindedness.
  • Result-oriented and goal-oriented with a creative perspective.
  • Knowledge of public procurement and tendering strategy.
  • Ability to prospect, extract, and analyze information through government contracting portals.
  • Excellent writing skills.
