Job Summary

The Apex Group is a leading provider of fund administration and middle office solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President - Loan Agency (Loans Admin) to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the review of financing agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Participate in the closing of complex transactions and administer bookkeeping of transactions.
  • Set interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period and ensure effective management of client responsibilities.
  • Calculate settlements/amounts to be paid by borrowers and lenders in accordance with agreements.
  • Manage loan administration for different jurisdictions and coordinate communications with borrowers, lenders, and Loan Admin departments.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls required for day-to-day management of the Agency Department.
  • Execute instructions to make payments on each payment date and coordinate agency duties with the Loan Agency Team.
  • Support and train junior members of the Team and provide training and direct support to different jurisdictions.
