**About the Role**

ING Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Sustainable Finance team as a Vice President. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainable finance business forward.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead deal teams on origination and execution of sustainable deals, working closely with other deal team members and external stakeholders to bring transactions to a successful close.
  • Develop and implement sector and country strategies, identifying new opportunities and enhancing existing ones to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, experts, advisors, and industry bodies to enhance our reputation and stay ahead of the market.
  • Continuously innovate and develop new sustainable finance products and structures to address real-world issues and identify new growth markets.

  • Proven track record of success in sustainable finance, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
