Corporate Finance Vice President

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Vice President to join our team in Wholesale Banking. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a crucial role in leading the origination and execution of advisory transactions in the context of relevant corporate events such as acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, restructurings, or IPOs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing efforts, including drafting skeleton and strategically overseeing marketing materials, supervising financial models and general financial analysis, and leading sector presentations to support senior bankers on the origination.
- Execute deals, including leading the execution of transactions in terms of financial modeling and marketing materials preparation, managing the deal team on a day-to-day basis, and coordinating the input received from different teams.
- Strengthen client relationships, assume business development and marketing responsibilities, and coach junior team members throughout the course of an origination initiative and the execution of live deals.
Requirements:
- 6-9 years of professional experience in M&A or Debt Advisory, transaction advisory services, or other similar advisory roles in Corporate Finance.
- Ability to lead detailed financial, business, and commercial analysis and a full understanding of the general process and materials required in M&A transactions.
- Excellent financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, DDM).
- Genuine interest in Corporate Finance and ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Proven ability to lead deal teams under supervision of a Director/Managing Director.
- Previous international professional experience will be highly valued.
- Proven track record in sectors such as Renewables, TMT, Financial Sponsors, or Food & Beverage will be strongly considered.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Other languages will be a plus. Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or other similar education which comprises financial and numerical knowledge.
