About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Corporate Finance team in Wholesale Banking. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the origination and execution of advisory transactions in the context of corporate events such as acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, restructurings, or IPOs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of transactions, including financial modeling, marketing materials preparation, and deal team management.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support senior bankers on the origination of deals.
  • Coordinate the input received from different teams involved in the transaction and review and support the negotiation of legal documentation.
  • Provide sign-off to the completion of post-closing obligations and strengthen client relationships.
  • Assume business development and marketing responsibilities, pursuing ideas that lead to several pitches delivered to clients.
Requirements
  • 6-9 years of professional experience in M&A or Debt Advisory, transaction advisory services, or other similar advisory roles in Corporate Finance.
  • Ability to lead detailed financial, business, and commercial analysis and a full understanding of the general process and materials required in M&A transactions.
  • Excellent financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, DDM) and a genuine interest in Corporate Finance.
  • Proven ability to lead deal teams under supervision of a Director/Managing Director and previous international professional experience.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written, and other languages will be a plus.
