We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Vice President to join our team in Wholesale Banking. Key Responsibilities- Lead detailed financial, business, and commercial analysis and have a full understanding of the general process and materials required in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior management to earn trust and respect.
- Supervise and lead deal teams under the supervision of a Director or Managing Director.
- Coordinate the input received from different teams when multiple teams are involved in a transaction.
- Review and support the negotiation of legal documentation, including term sheets, financial agreements, engagement letters, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other relevant documents.
- Provide sign-off to the completion of post-closing obligations.
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in M&A or debt advisory, transaction advisory services, or other similar advisory roles in Corporate Finance.
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and dividend discount model (DDM) analysis.
- Proven ability to lead deal teams and work collaboratively across functions.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or other similar education that includes financial and numerical knowledge.
