Job Title: Vice President of Global Renewals

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Global Renewals to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading contract negotiations for one of our client groups or services globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan renewal opportunities in advance to set goals and objectives.
  • Assess and track client health to formulate an objective assessment of risks and opportunities.
  • Develop the renewal strategy.
  • Clear and concise communication skills to effectively engage with senior leaders.
  • Lead the analysis and preparation of contract renewals and Competitive Request for Proposals (RFP).
  • Coach and consult internal teams regarding the generation of the deal regarding solutions, incentives, and terms.
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to align the strategy.
  • Effectively challenge and influence internal teams.
  • Understand NielsenIQ's corporate strategy to aid in the process and proposed solutions.
  • Partner with account leads to develop win themes aligning client priorities to NIQ.
  • Review and interpret contract terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities associated with contracts.
  • Ensure that contracts comply with requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to develop contract terms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • CPG experience from a related company required.
  • Self-starter and extremely motivated to achieve deadlines.
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ solutions, tools, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience demonstrating strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience with contract negotiations.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and contracts.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Flexible - must be in a European time zone.
