About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of People to join our team at Hive Logistics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our people strategy, ensuring that our team is equipped to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of people services
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address talent acquisition and retention needs
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, development, and well-being
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior HR leader in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic people plans
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
