About the Role

The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company's people strategy, ensuring that Hive Logistics is a high-performing team and a caring, supportive employer. This role includes ownership of all people functions, including business partnering, people operations, office management, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of people professionals to ensure the effective management of employee relations, talent acquisition, and development
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through people initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
  • Drive a culture of trust, collaboration, empowerment, and constructive feedback
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a people leader in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional fluency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages is advantageous
