About the Role
The Senior Vice President, Group Strategy will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of Brambles' corporate strategy. This includes partnering with regional presidents and strategy leads to define and execute regional strategies, identifying global areas of opportunity, and collaborating with business unit teams and corporate functions to drive alignment around strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Partner with regional presidents and strategy leads to define and execute regional strategies.
- Identify global areas of opportunity and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with business unit teams and corporate functions to drive alignment around strategy.
- Lead the annual strategy planning process, including bringing together key stakeholders for semi-annual review sessions.
Requirements
- 15 years of professional experience in strategy roles, with a mix of consulting and in-house experience.
- Strong entrepreneurial streak and commercial orientation, with a proven track record of advising on driving growth and increasing profitability.
- Credibility and gravitas across strategic, financial, and operational discussions at a senior level.
- Ability to create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans to achieve both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
