Vice President of Corporate Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Corporate Finance team in Wholesale Banking. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the origination and execution of advisory transactions in the context of corporate events such as acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, restructurings, or initial public offerings (IPOs).
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of transactions, including financial modeling, marketing materials preparation, and deal team management.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support senior bankers on origination.
- Coordinate the input received from different teams involved in the transaction.
- Review and support the negotiation of legal documentation.
- Provide sign-off to the completion of post-closing obligations.
- 6-9 years of professional experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (MA) or Debt Advisory, transaction advisory services, or other similar advisory roles in Corporate Finance.
- Ability to lead detailed financial, business, and commercial analysis.
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including DCF, LBO, and DDM.
- Genuine interest in Corporate Finance and ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Proven ability to lead deal teams under supervision of a Director or Managing Director.
- Previous international professional experience highly valued.
- Proven track record in sectors such as Renewables, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), Food and Beverage, or Financial Sponsors.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Other languages a plus.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or other similar education with financial and numerical knowledge.
