Job Summary
Importante empresa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President, Technical Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Sales Engineering team in the international region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong partnership with our sales team to build a long-term strategy for field organizational design and delivery.
- Establish a robust development plan to create an evolution of our Sales Engineering team, including technical enablement and onboarding for the international region.
- Lead and coach regional leadership teams, including second-line people leaders and high-level individual contributors.
- Develop and execute hiring plans to effectively scale our sales engineering organization.
About the Role
This is a highly visible leadership position that reports directly to the VP, Global Services. As the Regional Vice President, Technical Services, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for sales engineering in the international region and leading compelling technical customer engagements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of leadership and experience in sales engineering. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of collaborative, strategic, and dynamic solutions leaders and consultants.
