Social Media Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Designer to join our team at Media.Monks. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and adapting designs for social media campaigns. Your primary focus will be on analyzing regional and local market requirements, ensuring quality, brand guidelines, and visual executions across different channels.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the content team to develop clear ideas and support local markets with the conceptual and visual execution of campaigns for an iconic automotive brand.
- Understand social media initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
- Deliver high-quality designs from concept to final execution within tight deadlines.
- Manage the visual side of the social media calendar.
- Conduct image research to source the best visuals for each campaign and deliverable.
- Present complete ideas and art designs to social media client/team members.
- Own smaller projects or a small part of bigger projects, ensuring all design tasks are completed with an excellent outcome.
We are looking for a talented designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for social media design. The ideal candidate will have:
- +3 years of experience working as an art designer.
- Significant Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
- Bonus points for proficiency in additional programs (i.e. Figma, Sketch, AfterEffects, editing/color-editing).
- Fluent in English.
- A clear understanding of fundamentals such as typography, interaction design, flow, and storytelling.
- A keen eye for detail and a high visual quality standard.
- Great team player with a willingness to support the team with your craft and ideas.
- Humble and open to feedback, proactive in seeking ways to develop when time allows.
