About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Social Media Community Manager to join our team at Social Element. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics to measure community growth and engagement
Requirements
  • Excellent Swedish language skills, with the ability to write and communicate effectively
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate with international teams
  • Background experience in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management
  • Strong social media knowledge, with experience in using platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Confidence with digital technology, with a strong understanding of the latest social media trends
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail
