Social Media Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Community Manager to join our team at The Social Element. As a Social Media Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our brand's audience, fostering a sense of community, and driving engagement through meaningful interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our online community
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Excellent Swedish language skills
- Advanced English language skills
- Background experience in social media, engagement, social customer care, and/or community management
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Flexible working hours
