We are seeking a highly skilled Social & Community Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Social Media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms
- Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
- Excellent content creation and curation skills
