We are seeking a skilled Social Media Community Manager to join our team at The Social Element. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong online communities across multiple social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Play.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Foster a sense of community and drive engagement through meaningful interactions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement social media strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Excellent Swedish language skills
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Background experience in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management
  • Social media knowledge and experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube
  • A confidence with digital technology and the latest social media trends
