About the Role
In line with our expansion, we are in search of a vibrant, enthusiastic, and dedicated Community Manager for our Spanish Influencer Network to be part of our Marketing division, based in Madrid.
You will play a pivotal role in our Community department, fostering relationships with both existing and prospective Spanish content creators.
Your mission will be to cultivate and energize our community in alignment with the Community and Social Media Strategies established by the Head of Community.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee local social media platforms in accordance with established editorial guidelines and content strategies.
- Engage with our community daily, fostering communication within the Skeepers application and across social media channels.
- Develop campaigns on our platform to raise awareness of Skeepers among content creators, encourage participation in brand campaigns, and strengthen community loyalty.
- Produce educational content to enhance the user experience for our community, including emails and social media posts.
- Coordinate local events (both virtual and in-person) aimed at community development and education.
- Design and execute initiatives to engage the community, such as contests, rewards, and challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate all launched initiatives, tracking key performance indicators.
- Individually assess and validate influencers, reaching out as necessary.
- Stay informed about platform enhancements, modifications to existing services, and new offerings in the social media landscape.
Candidate Profile
You are the perfect fit if:
- You possess a strong passion for influencer marketing and social media.
- Social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, are second nature to you.
- You have experience in content creation and are familiar with creative tools such as Canva.
- You excel in both written and verbal communication.
- You are data-oriented, capable of effectively measuring the success of your initiatives.
- You are a native Spanish speaker with a proficient command of English.
