About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Community Manager to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our client's social media presence and developing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with their audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and monitor the client's social media accounts through Sprinklr
  • Support the monthly editorial content planning and post scheduling
  • Engage with the audience on social media platforms, responding to inbound messages and user profiles
  • Draft responses with the support of a pre-approved response book or other sources
  • Work with cross-functional partners to approve responses and update the playbook
  • Prepare monthly data analysis reports on content and engagement performance
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience working as a community manager or social media manager
  • Fluent or C2 level in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Experience in external communications and/or copywriting
  • Great knowledge of the inner workings of social media platforms
  • Skilled at problem-solving and developing creative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to explain complex processes to unfamiliar audiences
  • Ability to think fast, work proactively, and remain diligent in a highly dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholders
