We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and build brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Management
- Monitor and respond to social media conversations in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build brand loyalty and advocacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and schedule engaging content
- Write and edit social media posts, including captions and descriptions
- Track and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and engagement strategies
- Provide regular reporting on social media performance to stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers and brand ambassadors
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in social media community management or a related field
- Fluent or C2 level in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Experience in external communications and/or copywriting
- Great knowledge of the inner workings of social media platforms
- Skilled at problem-solving and developing creative solutions
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to explain complex processes to unfamiliar audiences
- Ability to think fast, work proactively, and remain diligent in a highly dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholders
