About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Healthcare Division and oversee the relationships of the company with its most important Dental / Non-Acute distributor clients in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients/distributors to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  2. Understand Customer Needs: Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
  3. Expand Customer Relationships: Continuously propose solutions that meet the objectives of existing customers, expanding their relationships and increasing sales.
  4. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner, resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust.
  5. Communicate Effectively: Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, facilitating the exchange of information and ideas.
  6. Generate New Sales: Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
  7. Report Progress and Forecasts: Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics and company tools (SFDC).
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Economics, or Business Administration.
  2. Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of Infection Prevention in dental and/or medical settings, proven experience as a key account manager (minimum 3 years), and experience in sales with dealers and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  4. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability in problem-solving and negotiation, knowledge of the Healthcare sector, and consolidated experience in managing distributor/reseller.
  5. Travel and Work Environment: Ready to travel (up to 60%-80%) covering Spain and Portugal, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
