Pricing Manager Iberia and Italy

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager Iberia and Italy to join our team at Barry Callebaut. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies that drive profitable growth for our business unit.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of Pricing Analysts to develop and implement pricing models and strategies.
- Collaborate with the commercial team, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective reporting tools to support business unit and organizational needs.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and commodity market fundamentals to inform pricing decisions.
- Lead and participate in pricing-related projects and initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree or equivalent and a strong background in pricing and commercial roles. You should have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a proactive and customer-oriented approach. Experience in leading teams and managing projects is a plus.
