About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager Iberia and Italy to join our team at Barry Callebaut. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies that drive profitable growth for our business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of Pricing Analysts to develop accurate and competitive price proposals for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, and R&D stakeholders to gather market intelligence and input for pricing decisions.
  • Develop and manage effective reporting tools to support business unit needs.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts and manage contracts in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Utilize open book pricing models and commodity market coverage to drive profitable growth.
  • Review business performance with finance counterparts and MD.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree or equivalent experience. You should have a good understanding of pricing mechanisms in B2B/trading environments, ideally in chocolate/cocoa. Previous experience in leading people and engaging/motivating/leading others is essential. You should be able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders at different levels in an organization and have excellent problem-solving skills.
