Sales Operations Manager - Commercial Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Commercial Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the sales process component of our Sales Blueprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze the sales cycle and process to ensure it aligns with the needs of our organization and prioritizes our partners.
  • Establish and implement process improvements, working closely with key stakeholders to enable changes in our sales process, particularly with Salesforce.
  • Streamline the sales process by proposing new processes, prioritizing automation, and sharing best practices.
  • Analyze data and use key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive adoption and compliance of the Sales Blueprint concepts.
  • Implement a regular cycle of updating the Sales Blueprint to ensure it remains relevant in our fast-growing business.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales operations and process improvement in a B2B organization and/or travel industry.
  • Robust understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities.
  • Ability to think like a salesperson and understand the B2B sales process and its opportunities and challenges.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex operations and data and effectively communicate this to leaders across all levels of our organization.
