Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, improve, and implement sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement, proposing new processes and prioritizing automation to streamline sales operations.
  • Process Ownership: Own the sales process component of the Sales Blueprint, reviewing and updating the process to ensure it reflects the needs of the organization and puts partners at the center of decision-making.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain and support sales compliance initiatives, reviewing and establishing documentation for sales process exceptions.
