Your Role

As a German Account Executive, you will engage with both inbound and outbound leads to attract new advertisers for Google Ads Products. You will manage your own portfolio of clients, optimizing their campaigns and ensuring their needs are met. This role offers you the chance to become a trusted advisor for German businesses, significantly impacting their online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through provided outbound leads.
  • Close deals within the agreed budget and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and align them with Google Ads solutions.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to maximize market potential and enhance customer profitability.
  • Actively engage with your portfolio, demonstrating a strong sales-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for sales, technology, and the internet.
  • Ability to navigate a diverse range of business models in the online landscape.
