Computacenter is a prominent independent technology partner, recognized by large corporate and public sector organizations. We assist our clients in sourcing, transforming, and managing their IT infrastructure to achieve digital transformation, empowering users and their businesses globally.

In Spain, we operate a Global Service Desk. We customize IT-related knowledge and services, providing support to every employee and business partner of our clients as individuals, by delivering practical solutions to their IT challenges.

We are in search of a French-speaking First Line Analyst, fluent in English, to enhance our team at Computacenter in Spain.

The primary responsibilities of this position include collaborating with various IT support teams and engaging with users to find effective solutions to their IT issues.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Addressing and supporting inquiries through various channels, including tools, phone, chat, and email, Maintaining regular communication with users from diverse locations Resolving IT challenges faced by our partners to streamline their work processes Documenting and logging interactions in the ticketing system Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams Enhancing and sustaining customer satisfaction levels Collaborating with your immediate team members and other departments

You are the ideal candidate if you possess:

Native or fluent proficiency in French, along with advanced English skills A keen interest in expanding your knowledge of IT A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving Strong logical reasoning and a desire to assist others in resolving issues Excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset A preference for teamwork Punctuality and respect for schedules
