  • Primary Contact: Act as the initial point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Information Provider: Offer precise details regarding services, events, and facilities to enhance client satisfaction and enjoyment.
  • Transaction Assistance: Support clients with purchases, bookings, and planning, ensuring smooth transactions and high-quality service.
  • Feedback Management: Address client feedback and issues with empathy, aiming for resolutions that satisfy all parties involved.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
