Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in French to join our dynamic team in Spain. Our organization is dedicated to fostering an inspiring and motivating work environment, ensuring our employees take pride in being part of Teleperformance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Showcase products and services as required by clients and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge for self and fellow team members.
- Identify opportunities to promote products even in challenging market conditions.
- Research and analyze the client base to discover new customer segments.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention, leveraging warranties and guarantees.
- Formulate plans to engage the target audience effectively.
- Enhance product appeal to meet market demands.
- Mentor colleagues in effective sales techniques.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills and adhere to sales deadlines.

Candidate Profile
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to establish immediate credibility and trust.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in PC and system operations.
- A confident and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently.
- Native French speaker with advanced English proficiency.
- Highly organized, dependable, and meticulous.

What We Offer
- Full-time position (38.5 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Competitive salary of €18,953.85 gross/year, with additional performance bonuses.
