Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled First Line IT Support Specialist to join our Global Service Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients across Europe.
Responsibilities- Customer Support: Respond to and resolve IT-related queries and issues via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
- IT Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Logging: Accurately document and log all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and support processes.
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Dutch, with advanced Spanish and English language skills.
- IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex IT issues.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Remote Work: 80% of the time, with occasional on-site work.
- Shift Rotation: 8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday, with one hour less on Fridays.
