Computacenter is a prominent independent technology partner, recognized by large corporate and public sector organizations. We assist our clients in sourcing, transforming, and managing their IT infrastructure to achieve digital transformation, empowering users and their businesses globally.

In Spain, we operate a Global Service Desk. We customize IT-related knowledge and services, providing assistance to every employee and business partner of our clients as individuals, by identifying practical solutions to their IT challenges.

We are in search of a French-speaking First Line Analyst, fluent in English, to become a part of our team at Computacenter in Spain.

The primary responsibilities of this position include collaborating with members of various IT support teams and communicating with users to discover effective solutions to their IT issues.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Addressing and supporting inquiries through tools, phone, chat, and email, Maintaining regular contact with our users reaching out from around the globe Resolving IT challenges faced by our partners to enhance their workplace efficiency Documenting and logging calls using the ticketing system Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams Upholding and enhancing customer satisfaction levels Communicating with your direct team members and various departments

You are the ideal candidate if you possess:

Native or fluent proficiency in French, with an advanced level of English A keen interest in learning about IT A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving Logical reasoning skills and a desire to assist others in resolving issues Exceptional communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset A preference for collaborative work Respect for schedules and punctuality
