Sin Nombre is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Technical Helpdesk Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, or self-service portal.
- Assist clients in the operation of user systems and peripheral devices.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone and/or remote access.
- Monitor IT requests and issues in our ITSM system, including categorization and prioritization of IT issues and requests.
- Collaborate with our 2nd level service organizations and external service providers.
Requirements
- Proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English.
- Good IT knowledge, especially of Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Analytical approach to complex issues.
- Experience in ITSM ticket systems (ideally in ServiceNow).
- High customer and service orientation with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Reliable and systematic way of working.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical and soft skills.
- High motivation and willingness to work in a global team.
