Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering IT support to end users and administration of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure and back-end systems
  • Assist with system administration and configuration
  • Document technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
