Computacenter stands as a prominent independent technology partner, relied upon by major corporate and public sector entities. Our mission is to assist clients in sourcing, transforming, and managing their IT infrastructure, thereby facilitating digital transformation and empowering users and businesses globally.

In Spain, we operate a Global Service Desk. Our approach is to customize IT-related knowledge and services, providing individualized assistance to every employee and business partner of our clients by delivering effective solutions to their IT challenges.

We are in search of a French-speaking First Line Analyst, fluent in English, to enhance our team at Computacenter in Spain.

The primary responsibilities of this position include collaborating with various IT support teams and engaging with users to identify practical solutions for their IT issues.

Key responsibilities include:

Addressing and supporting inquiries through various channels such as tools, phone, chat, and email, Maintaining regular communication with users reaching out from diverse locations Troubleshooting IT challenges faced by our partners to streamline their workplace operations Documenting and logging interactions in the ticketing system Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams Enhancing and sustaining customer satisfaction levels Engaging with team members and different departments

The ideal candidate will possess:

Native or fluent proficiency in French, alongside an advanced level of English A keen interest in expanding knowledge in IT A positive, proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving Strong logical reasoning skills and a desire to assist others in resolving issues Excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric approach A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of teamwork A commitment to punctuality and adherence to schedules
