Your Role as a First Line Analyst:
As a First Line Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance and resolving inquiries through various channels such as tools, phone, and email, ensuring consistent communication with users across Europe.
  • Troubleshooting IT-related issues encountered by partners during their work hours.
  • Accurately documenting and logging support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance.
  • Striving to enhance customer satisfaction through effective support.
  • Collaborating with team members and liaising with different departments to ensure seamless operations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Dutch, with advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • A keen interest in expanding your knowledge of IT.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong logical reasoning abilities and a passion for assisting others in resolving challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
