Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Mod IT Services GmbH. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to our customers, ensuring seamless operation of our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, resolving issues related to our digital solutions.
- Infrastructure Management: Deploy new versions, hotfixes, and products on test, pre, and production infrastructure, following established procedures.
- Virtual Machine Management: Create, manage, and configure virtual machines, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- User and Workstation Support: Manage incidents and problems, providing proactive support to customers.
- Documentation and Asset Management: Control and maintain documentation and assets for user scope, including PC, laptops, printers, mobile devices, users, groups, mail, phone lines, Windows desktop, software, etc.
- Active Directory and M365 Management: Manage Active Directory and M365 users, groups, and devices.
- Procedure Compliance: Follow established procedures and instructions for Integrated Managing Systems.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Windows Desktop administration, Windows Server Active Directory Operations, Microsoft 365 operation and management experience (3 years), Linux and MacOs knowledge, user management, good communication skills, networking knowledge.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in German would be a plus.
- Education: At least Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) studies.
- Reports to: Head Of Systems.
- Interacts with: All departments and team.
- Autonomy: Individual Contributor.
