Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Mod It Services Gmbh. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operation of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy new software versions, hotfixes, and products on test, pre-production, and production infrastructure, following established procedures.
  • Create, manage, and configure virtual machines in accordance with company procedures.
  • Provide user and workstation support, resolving incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Control and maintain documentation and assets for user scope, including PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, users, groups, mail, phone lines, Windows desktop, software, and more.
  • Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 users, groups, and devices, adhering to company procedures and instructions.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Windows Desktop administration skills, including troubleshooting, installing software, configuring, and more.
  • Experience with Windows Server Active Directory operations and Microsoft 365 management (at least 3 years).
  • Knowledge of Linux and MacOs.
  • Excellent user management and communication skills.
  • Networking knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in German would be an asset.
  • Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) studies or equivalent.
