**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our IT department in Berlin or Barcelona. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and contributing to the development of our global IT services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical support to employees, both on-site and remotely, to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Monitor and maintain our IT systems, including on-site systems and global IT services.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, and to implement new technologies and processes.
  • Develop and maintain IT guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a good level of English language proficiency.
  • Experience with common operating systems, client hardware, and related services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, as well as endpoint protection and mobile device management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
