We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Games Workshop. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade partners, ensuring they have the right product range to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain relationships with trade partners, including regular communication and stock checks
- Provide expert advice on product ranges and sales opportunities to trade partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with trade partners and colleagues
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Italian, with a working knowledge of one additional language
