Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CX Specialist to join our team at Wewow. As a Senior CX Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations and coordinate with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Wewow remains a leader in customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in German and good English proficiency.
