Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CX Specialist to join our team. As a Senior CX Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer inquiries, providing support to our Customer Experience Specialists, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to and resolve complex customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Support: Provide support and guidance to our Customer Experience Specialists to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to provide excellent customer service.
  • Service Delivery: Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and satisfactory.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Language: Fluent in German and good English proficiency.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer experience or service delivery role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
