Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in sunny Valencia. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive assistance to customers in finding the right product and service
  • Offer service with a smile and embody our core value of 'Think like a customer'
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
  • Professional level of Spanish and Italian, both verbally and written
  • Bachelor degree or academic level
  • Super customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment while interacting with customers
  • Dynamic and flexible personality
  • Real team player and a great addition to our amazing team
  • Solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Customer Service or Adobe InDesign skills is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate or already Valencia based
