Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the commercial activities with Chinese Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) outside of China, with the potential to manage and lead others globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing strategic relationship management plans to achieve business objectives, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Managing key customer relationships, often through account teams, to resolve issues and ensure ongoing customer loyalty.
  3. Collaborating with the VP, Commercial Emerging Customer Group, to drive value creation and customer retention for the largest growing customer base.
  4. Working closely with GKN Automotive's Joint Venture partner in China (SDS) to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to speak, write, and read Mandarin is essential.
  2. Experience in championing customer focus within an international manufacturing environment.
  3. Experience in clarifying customer needs and requirements.
  4. Exposure to budgets and negotiations at a regional level.
  5. Ambition and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and structure your own diary.
