About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Welocalize, Inc. As a key member of our Sourcing & Talent Function, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable resources for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Source and Attract Top Talent: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in the AI and data services industry.
  2. Manage Recruitment Channels: Continuously research and improve our recruitment channels and market-specific strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  3. Qualification and Vetting: Ensure efficient and timely qualification and vetting processes for all candidates, from applicant to interviewing.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics on pipeline status, predictions, blockers, and other related metrics to inform business decisions.
  5. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement functional strategies, mitigate risks, and drive business growth.
  6. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through excellent communication and support throughout the application process.
  7. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of social media strategy and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements
  1. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  2. Industry Knowledge: 3 years of experience in the language services industry or AI data providers.
  3. Skills: Flexible, creative, and open-minded with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
