Main Responsibilities- Attract and Engage Top Talent: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent in the AI and data services industry, focusing on creating a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
- Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience: Offer a seamless and engaging pre-hire experience, ensuring candidates are supported and accompanied throughout the qualification process.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Continuously research and improve our recruitment channels and market-specific strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Drive Business Results: Analyze pipeline behaviors and implement strategies to increase conversion rates, ensuring pipeline performance meets our standards.
- Excellent Communication and Reporting Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular reporting and analytics on pipeline status, predictions, blockers, and other related metrics.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: 3 years of experience in the language services industry or AI data providers.
- Skills and Qualities: Flexible, creative, and open-minded, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing market. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
