A Key Role in Global Talent Acquisition

The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process for Dormakaba. This position is responsible for collaborating with the global Talent Acquisition network to leverage their expertise, address pain points, and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the rollout and enhancement of the SAP Successfactors Recruiting module to improve system functionality.
  • Evaluate and translate business requests into system change requests, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Track change requests and backlog administration, coordinating with second- and third-level support teams.
  • Be responsible for release management and coordination, ensuring timely and effective system updates.
  • Test implemented features and changes, including release changes, to ensure system stability.
  • Communicate and train system changes to users, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Administer agencies and notifications in the system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Act as first-level support for users regarding system-related questions and issues.
  • Continuously strive to streamline the end-to-end hiring process, including onboarding, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, especially with the SAP Successfactors Recruiting module.
  • Strong process, data, and metrics expertise, with a passion for talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with a talent for building international networks quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and negotiate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
