Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our global Talent Acquisition network to leverage their expertise, address pain points, and share best practices.
  • Be the expert for SAP Successfactors Recruiting, leading rollout and enhancement projects to continuously improve the system.
  • Translate business requests into system change requests, track change requests, and coordinate with support teams.
  • Administer agencies and notifications in the system, providing first-level support for users regarding system-related questions and issues.
  • Streamline the end-to-end hiring process, including onboarding, and identify efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Develop and roll out a global, standardized interview and selection framework, as well as an onboarding framework.
  • Analyze the status quo of external talent acquisition vendors, develop a strategy to leverage synergies, and introduce global vendor management.
  • Drive innovation in sourcing and hiring techniques by engaging with Talent Acquisition expert networks.
