Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with our global Talent Acquisition network to leverage their experiences, listen to their requirements and pain points, and share relevant insights and best practices.
  2. Lead rollout and enhancement projects to improve the SAP Successfactors Recruiting module.
  3. Evaluate and translate business requests into system change requests.
  4. Track change requests and backlog administration, coordinate with second- and third-level support.
  5. Be responsible for release management and coordination.
  6. Test implemented features and changes in all instances.
  7. Communicate and train system changes to users.
  8. Administer agencies and notifications in the system.
  9. Act as first-level support for users regarding system-related questions and issues.
Global Initiatives

Provide guidance, support, and change management to global initiatives that support the overall vision and objectives for Talent Acquisition. This includes improving candidate experience, reducing biases, increasing diversity, and becoming more agile and customer-centric.

Key Deliverables
  1. Develop and roll out a global, standardized interview and selection framework.
  2. Develop and roll out a global onboarding framework.
  3. Analyze the status quo of external talent acquisition vendors and develop a strategy to leverage synergies.
  4. Track standard KPIs for recruiting and analyze, process, and visualize the data in Power BI.
